Safari Drive organises private, tailor-made, self drive safaris throughout Africa.

This unique style of safari allows for a level of adventure that is simply not catered for by traditional companies. We give you the chance to go off and explore the wilds of Africa while maintaining a high level of security and back-up on the ground.

How it all began

Increasingly frustrated by the constraints that modern tourism imposes, Safari Drive pioneered self drive safaris in 1993 and started organising self drive trips from Victoria Falls.

The demand for this fresh approach to African travel meant that we were soon expanding the portfolio of countries in which we operate.

We now organise Safari Drive journeys in Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and, most recently, Oman.
