A 15 Day safari taking in Botswana’s best bits. Starting with the vast Salt Flats of Nxai Pan, before heading north to Moremi Game Reserve on the edge of the Okavango Delta, Savuti, the game filled Chobe National Park and finish with 2 nights on the mighty Zambezi near Victoria Falls.
This journey is best between June and October and includes 6 nights in Lodges and 8 nights in campsites.

Classic Botswana ITINERARY
DAY 1Royal Tree Lodge
Arrive in Maun where you will be met by a member of our team and taken to Royal Tree Lodge. This wildlife haven makes for a great first night in Africa.
DAY 2South Camp Campsite, Nxai Pan
Today you head out to huge glasslands and empty salt flats of Nxai Pan. Here you will find a host or dessert creatures, Oyrx, Bat Eared Fox and the ever present Springbok are common here.
DAY 3Baines Baobab Campsite
Today you drive across Nxai Pan to the empressive Baines Boababs , these seven huge trees are set atop a rise over looking the vast salt flats of Kudiakam Pan. The campsites are well spread out so you feel perfectly alone under the African night sky.
DAY 4South Gate campsite, Moremi
Today you start your journey north, back through Maun and onto Moremi Game Reserve. There is an excellent game drive around Black Pools, a must for campers at South Gate.
DAY 5Xakanaxa Campsite, Moremi
This morning you drive deeper into Moremi Game Reserve. This is a great area for wildlife, Red Lechwe and the secretive Sitatunga can be found. Its also a great place to take a mokoro trip through the channels.
DAY 6Sango Safari Camp
Today to drive to Sango Safari Camp, this intimate tented camp is set on the banks of the Khwai River, its simply furnished with great food, great guides and a friendly atmosphere.
DAY 7 & 8Savuti Campsite, Savuti
Today you leave the Moremi area and head north in to Chobe and the Savuti region. The Savuti Channel has started flowing after 30 dry years and so has attracted large number of game back to the area, this has the potential to be a real wildlife highlight. The campsite is set next to the channel with simple ablution blocks.
DAY 9 & 10Camp Linyanti, Linyanti, Chobe National Park
Today you continue north to the beautiful and remote area of Linyanti. This small tented camp has just 5 moru style tents sleeping a maximum of 10 guests. The camp if wonderfully located on the banks of the Linyanti River, from here you can take game walks, game drives and mokoro trips onto the river.
DAY 11 & 12Ihaha Campsite, Chobe National Park
Today you head east right across northern Chobe to Ihaha Campsite. This campsite is situated right on the banks of the Chobe River. At the right time of the year this area offers some of the very best game viewing in Africa. The campsite is simple but tidy, the ablution blocks have hot and cold running water.
DAY 13 & 14Waterberry Lodge, Livingstone, Zambia
Today you head over the boarder and into Zambia. Waterberry lodge is located right on the banks of the Zambezi River and the rooms are all set amongst the beautiful gardens. From here you can take boat trips on the river and visit the mighty Victoria Falls, this is a great finish to a great route.
Today you will be transferred to Livingstone Airport in plenty of time for your international flight home.
