Five Parks ITINERARY

  • DAY 1 & 2 River Trees Lodge, Arusha

    Upon arrival into Kilimanjaro you will be met and transferred to River Trees Lodge, which is within easy reach of the airport and is surrounded by acres of lush and mature gardens. Here you will have the opportunity to visit the stunning and diverse Arusha National Park which has magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. Enjoy two nights here.
  • DAY 3 Special Campsite, Tarangire National Park

    Today you begin your Safari Drive trip heading to Tarangire National Park with both bird life and mammals here are in abundance. The park has diverse vegetation and the countryside as well as several rivers you may have to cross. There is a Baobab forest in the north and rich marsh land in the south/centre of the park where big herds of elephant can be found.
  • DAY 4 Gibbs Farm, Karatu

    Today you drive via Karatu to stay at Gibbs Farm, which is renown for its beautiful gardens and breathtaking views over the Great Rift Valley.
  • DAY 5 Lemala Tented Camp, Ngorongoro Crater Rim

    Today you continue to the world famous Ngorongoro Crater. Lemala Ngorongoro is a new intimate camp on the rim of the crater offering luxury accommodation under canvas.
  • DAY 6 & 7 More Kopjie Special Campsite, Serengeti National Park

    If you set off early you could visit the Crater Floor before driving into the Serengeti. Having left the crater, you drive to More Kopjie. The campsite provides spectacular views over the Serengeti Plains.
  • DAY 8 Serengeti Safari Camp, Serengeti National Park

    This morning you drive through the Serengeti to Serengeti Safari Camp. Right in the heart of the migration you will find this tented camp that is owned and run by Nomad Safaris. The camp is moved with the migration.
  • DAY 9 Naabi Hill Special Campsite, Serengeti National Park

    Today you set off to Naabi Hill Campsite, a favourite of ours that is located right next to Naabi Gate on the border of the Ngorongoro and Serengeti.
  • DAY 10 Olduvai Camp & Gorge

    This morning you drive back into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Olduvai. It is worth calling in at Olduvai Gorge to visit the museum and to perhaps take a guide into the Gorge Olduvai Camp. The camps central viewing platform provides spectacular views across to the Serengeti and to the Crater.
  • DAY 11 & 12 Lake Manyara National Park, Special Campsite

    Today you drive south to Lake Manyara, a scenic region being set on the banks of the beautiful Lake Manyara and under the imposing wall of the Rift Valley. There is lush forest which opens to grassland, with large flocks of flamingos, pelican, storks and sacred ibis and plenty of elephants on display.
  • DAY 13 Departure

    Today you will return to Arusha where you will be transferred back to the Airport for your onward flight.
