Ultimate Tanzania ITINERARY
DAY 1Arusha Coffee Lodge, Arusha
Upon arrival into Kilimanjaro (flights to be confirmed) you will be met and transferred to Arusha Coffee Lodge.
DAY 2Special Campsite, Tarangire National Park
Today you begin your Safari Drive trip heading to Tarangire National Park with both bird life and mammals here are in abundance. The park has diverse vegetation and the countryside as well as several rivers you may have to cross. There is a Baobab forest in the north and rich marsh land in the south/centre of the park where big herds of elephant can be found.
DAY 3 & 4Lemala Tented Camp, Ngorongoro Crater
Lemala Ngorongoro is a new intimate camp on the rim of the crater offering luxury accommodation under canvas in large spacious tents with wooden platform and FB rugs.
DAY 5Pioneer Camp, Serengeti
Located in South Central Serengeti, Serengeti Pioneer Camp is ideally situated to offer superlative access to the annual migration and the ‘Big 5’ with sweeping views overlooking Moru Kopjes, Lake Magadi and the endless plains.
DAY 6Moru Kopjies, Special Campsite, Serengeti
This morning you will head north to Moru Kopjies. It is a beautiful area and a lovely place to camp.
DAY 7 & 8Buffalo Luxury Camp, Loliondo, North Serengeti
Today set of early to drive through the whole of the Serengeti to the Kleins Gate and the near by Buffalo Camp. Make the most of the beautiful picnic spots for lunch en route. The main lodge is located at the top of the property, offering truly stunning views into the Serengeti.
DAY 9Lake Natron Tented Camp Campsite
A scenic drive through the wonderful region on steep roads to the south side of Lake. The campsite is about 1 km south of the village of Ngero Sero with a swimming pool and other facilities provided for your two night stay.
DAY 10Wayo Manyara Green Camp
Today you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park to stay at the Wayo Manyara Green Camp. The camp is located on the banks of the Endabash River in the South of the park. It is at the bottom of a huge waterfall flowing off the Great Rift Wall. Huge crystalline quarts rocks makes up the falls and an easy climb up these rocks give guests stunning views over the park down to the lake.
DAY 11River Trees Lodge, Arusha
Upon arrival into Kilimanjaro you will be met and transferred to River Trees Lodge, which is within easy reach of the airport and is surrounded by acres of lush and mature gardens.
Today you will return to Arusha where you will be transferred back to the Airport for your onward flight.
