Our most luxurious trip in Zambia; you will start this trip with a battery recharging three nights on Mumbo Island, a mini paradise in the form of an eco-lodge in the middle of Lake Malawi. You can enjoy great food, snorkelling, canoeing or relaxing on the private island here, before setting off for Zambia’s South Luangwa National Park. Famous for its big cat sightings and expert guides, this region is also home to some of Zambia’s very best safari camps, offering authentic bush experiences. You can go out on night and day game drives, walking safaris and watch game from photographic hides in a remote camp which accommodates only twelve guests at a time. You then take the drive down the Great East Road to reach Lower Zambezi National Park, known for its large elephant and hippo populations and river safaris. You can go out on canoeing or boat safaris from here, offering a unique contrast to game viewing from a vehicle. After three nights here you head on to Livingstone, ending your trip on a highlight at Victoria Falls.
