When booking your new trip with us we offer you the option to rebook if the local or domestic regulations, that affect your trip, change. That means, on or around the due time of your balance payment we will contact you and jointly assess the likely impact on your trip. If the trip is negatively affected you are free to rebook without penalty.
For all existing bookings we apply this policy accordingly.
If changing FCO advice for your destination affects your trip and you’re unable to rearrange a future date, we will offer you a full refund.
